Description
Prerequisite: C- or better in English 102/104. A study of the development of the novel from a feminine perspective. This course focuses on the historical, cultural, and social factors that have influenced the genres, themes, and styles characteristic of women's writing as well as the strategies and subversions women resorted to in order to be published. Three hours a week. Credit, three semester hours. Offered as needed.
