Description
Strategies to determine organizational staffing requirements, identifying the right employee, monitoring and developing employees, and measuring human resource effectiveness are the focus of this course. Included are such topics as job analysis, recruitment, selection, employment practices and records management, determination of human resource development (HRD) needs, employee motivation, training and career development, leadership development, performance management, and the evaluation of HRD effectiveness.
