Description
Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor. This course is designed to teach students the fundamental skills of legal research. Students learn to locate and update primary authorities from state and federal resources. Students also learn to use secondary resources. Other topics addressed include legal citation and computer-assisted legal research. Students research and analyze legal issues and draft memoranda.
