Description
Prerequisite: LS 201. The course is designed to give students knowledge in basic legal analysis, evaluation, legal problem solving and legal writing. A major legal brief will be drafted, along with legal memoranda. Projects include drafting legal transaction documents, correspondence, and litigation documents.
