LEGAL ETHICS (LS 302)
Term: 2008-2009 Academic Year Spring Semester
Description
Students will become familiar with the Model Rules of Professional Conduct of the American Bar Association as well as state rules governing the ethical practice of law. Students will analyze and apply the ethical rules through case studies.
