Description
Prerequisite: LS 112 or Permission of Instructor upon approval of appropriate background. This course builds on the foundation principles of law office organization and practice. Course material will address in detail many aspects of law office practice including financial management, staffing and payroll documents, docketing systems, legal fees, timekeeping and billing, client relationships, etc. Students will engage in hands-on work to accomplish course goals and objectives.
