Welcome to the Criminal Justice evening program at Virginia Intermont College.
What makes VIC's evening program unique?
Our classes are offered in small cohorts where you continue through the program with the same students. This encourages students to feel comfortable sharing their own experiences relating to their coursework. Since most of our students are already employed or have experience within the criminal justice field, classroom learning is enhanced by real life examples. Many of our professors work in the criminal justice field and bring their own experiences to the classroom. You will be in class 2 or 3 nights a week and can complete the program in as little as 5 semesters (depending on your transfer credit).
To enter the Criminal Justice evening program at VIC, you will need to have at least 56 transferable credits and an overall 2.5 GPA. We encourage students to contact the program coordinator about prerequisite courses and transfer courses.
